During your day to day work, have you ever thought things could be done better? This is your opportunity to improve where you work and how we do things. You understand our business better than anyone, all the best ideas can start with you!
So, how does it work?
Springboard will provide you with an easy and quick way to feed your ideas into the business to help drive improvements.
We have created a number of easy ways of submitting your idea; using the simple online form (click the box on the right of this page) or through Yammer or MS Teams. For those of you not online, you will find cards and suggestion boxes in your workplace. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete the form.
All ideas will then be reviewed locally to consider how they may be implemented. If your idea has a benefit to the wider business, it will be shared and implemented across the wider business. You will then get feedback on your idea and if you are keen to get involved in its implementation, we will give you time to do this. Not only that but once per quarter, the top idea will be awarded £250.
