A core part of our Social Value Plan is to deliver positive and lasting change to our communities. Through our policies and initiatives, we wish to encourage our employees to get involved and make a positive and lasting contribution via volunteering and fundraising.

Our Social Impact Days (formerly known as Community Involvement Days), our support for our Employee Chosen Charity (Cancer Research Uk) and our Match Funding Scheme are just some of the ways we reflect the importance of volunteering and fundraising to Amey and our employees.
