Amey OS Pension Scheme

If you are a member of the Amey OS Pension Scheme you can contact People Services by email (PeopleServices@amey.co.uk) or call (0800 521 660) if you want to:

  • Draw your pension
  • Ask about your pension contributions or pensionable pay
  • Ask about your pension scheme membership status
  • Pay additional voluntary contributions

You can also contact the scheme administrator, Railpen, by email (amey@railpen.com) or call (0345 112 0025) if you want to:

  • Consider drawing your pension
  • Change your nominated beneficiary in the event of your death
  • Ask about your pension scheme membership status
  • Transfer an existing pension to the Scheme
  • Ask about the Scheme rules
  • Ask about your benefit statement

Railways Pension Scheme

If you are a member of the Railways Pension Scheme you can contact People Services by email (PeopleServices@amey.co.uk) or call (0800 521 660) if you want to:

  • Consider drawing your pension
  • Ask about your pension contributions or pensionable pay
  • Ask about your pension scheme membership status
  • Pay additional voluntary contributions

You can also contact Railpen, the scheme administrator by email (csu@railpen.com) or call (0800 012 1117), or log in to your MyRPS online pension account at https://member.railwayspensions.co.uk/login if you want to:

  • Consider drawing your pension
  • Change your nominated beneficiary in the event of your death
  • Ask about your pension scheme membership status
  • Transfer an existing pension to the Scheme
  • Ask about the Scheme rules
  • Ask about your benefit statement

Public Sector Pension Schemes

If you are a member of a public sector pension scheme (Local Government, Civil Service or NHS pension schemes) you can contact People Services by email (PeopleServices@amey.co.uk) or call (0800 521 660) if you want to:

  • Consider drawing your pension
  • Ask about your pension contributions or pensionable pay
  • Ask about your pension scheme membership status
  • Pay additional voluntary contributions

Contact your pension fund or visit their website (see note below) if you want to: 

  • Consider drawing your pension
  • Change your nominated beneficiary in the event of your death
  • Ask about your pension scheme membership status
  • Transfer an existing pension to the Scheme
  • Ask about the Scheme rules
  • Ask about your benefit statement

Note: If you are a Civil Service Pension Scheme member you can visit the Civil Service Pension Scheme website for more information on benefits. If you are a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme you can access the national LGPS Members site for general information, but for information specific to your membership you will need to contact the relevant regional LGPS arrangement. This Contact Your Fund page on the LGPS Members site will provide helpful contact information. If you are a member of the NHS Pension Scheme you can visit the NHS Pension Scheme website for more information on benefits.
