Skills Builder is an online resource that can be used to assess and develop your essential skills (listening, speaking, problem solving, creativity, staying positive, aiming high, leadership and teamwork).
It is a great tool for individuals to self-reflect and benchmark themselves against the Skills Builder universal framework. What’s included is:

Skills Builder Benchmark – Discover your strengths and areas for development in the essential skills. Download a personalised report to share with others.
Skills Builder Launchpad – Develop your essential skills independently and reflect on examples of how you’ve applied each step to help you prepare for reviews.
