As a new joiner, you have 6 months from your start date to select the following benefits listed below. If you do not select them during this period, your next opportunity to select them will be during our annual benefits window which occurs in January each year.

The only benefits you will not be able to select as a new joiner are additional annual leave and Tastecard as these are only available to select during our annual window.
