There will be times when our people managers and ambassadors at Amey need to signpost employees to additional support. This ensure we are providing our employees with the tools they need to support their wellbeing.
At Amey we have pulled together some resources for our employees that may be going through hard times with mental, physical or social wellbeing.
Employee Resources - will provide you with links to external sources of information and support from reputable sources.
Employee Support - this contains information and links for support provided by Amey including our Employee Assistance Programme, Aviva+ GP Service and our Financial Hub.
Guidance Documents - we have created some supporting guidance for managers and employees dealing with situations they may not have had to deal with before, this includes guidance around Domestic Abuse, Infertility treatment, Bereavement, Neurodiversity, Reasonable adjustments and more.
