Medigold will provide a referral and reporting service to managers for employees who are absent from work due to sickness or may need reasonable adjustments to continue working. OH specialists will offer advice and support to facilitate effective sickness absence management and, where appropriate, guidance on reasonable adjustments.
People managers are advised to speak to Croner for advice around if an occupational health referral is required.

You will need to provide a brief overview of what you’re looking to discuss and request a call back from the duty manager service.
