Annual A*stars Awards 2024

Our Annual A*stars Awards are chosen from all the A*stars Individual awards put forward for the Quarterly and Annual Awards in our A*stars Recognition Portal.

This year our A*stars awards ceremony is going to be a live event, with a fantastic night out for everyone shortlisted.

This year, those who nominate a shortlisted candidate will be invited to the ceremony and anyone who nominates a colleague goes into a draw to win £250. (Nominations must be filled out completely to eligible.)

Each winner of the annual A*stars awards will be awarded £500 in vouchers.

To nominate a colleague for the Quarterly and Annual Awards, you can select 'Yes' or 'No' while recognising a colleague through the 'Nominate Now' process in the portal. Please remember to include all requested information or the award may not be considered.

Nominations submitted for a previous award category that has been renamed or withdrawn will be reassigned to the most appropriate category from the list below.

Energy Transition Influencer Award

Recognises the colleagues behind the projects that have delivered decarbonisation, nature positive or energy transition solutions for our clients.

Bringing the Best Award

Recognises colleagues who have gone above and beyond to help colleagues and customers achieve success.

Zero Code Champion

Recognises colleagues who champion our Zero Code and strive to ensure the wellbeing of their team.

Social Value Award

Recognises colleagues who are supporting local communities and creating positive social value.

Looking Out for Each Other Award

Recognises colleagues who embrace diversity, champion different viewpoints, and challenge the status quo to achieve an equal and inclusive work environment.

People Manager of the Year

Recognises line managers who provide exceptional support and guidance to help their teams perform at their best.

CEO Award

Recognises colleagues who have shown leadership or empowered others to deliver a fantastic service.

Winner of the CEO Award will receive VIP private seating for an event at the O2 arena for themselves and seven guests.
