People Portal Overview
What is the People Portal?
• The People Portal has replaced our current employee and manager self-service platform – ESS/MSS.
• It is a secure portal to enable you to access information held by Amey relating to you and your employment.
• You are also be able to make changes to your personal information within the People Portal.
• You are able to access the People Portal at your desk, at home or via a mobile device.
Why do I need to use the People Portal?
• To ensure you are paid correctly.
• The portal holds important information about you including who to contact in case of an emergency.
• The portal enables you to make requests to your manager for them to review and approve e.g. booking annual leave.
• The portal enables you to view your payslip securely online.
