Organisation Structure Changes
Who: The People Systems team are responsible for processing requests to amend the organisation structure of Amey.
Why: This ensures that any activities requiring approval are assigned to the right people, across all of our systems, including Croner, Go2Book, Fiori Timesheets and CPM.
This also ensures that managers can access reports for their team.
When: Organisation Structure changes can be requested for a variety of reasons and generally reflect current business needs, such as moving or removing positions, hiring new employees or managers and removing vacant positions.
How: Managers can submit a request to change one or more individuals at any time, by completing the Organization Structure Change form on My Gateway.
