Introduction to Wellbeing module
This module is for all employees and it will help you to gain a better understanding of how to manage your overall wellbeing (mental, physical, financial, social and workplace).
Mental health awareness module – Start the conversation
This module is for all employees and it will help you to gain a better understanding and knowledge around looking after your own mental health and supporting others. The training will give you the confidence to start a conversation around mental health and know where to signpost for help.
Manage the conversation: Supporting employees mental health
This module provides managers and supervisors with the skills and confidence to listen to and talk with someone who feels that they need to share a problem regarding their mental health. The module looks at how to create a working culture that can support staff to be more open about their mental health, how to have conversations about mental health, how to support someone experiencing a mental health problem and shares tips on staying well at work whilst supporting colleagues appropriately.
The module should be completed following completion of the Start the Conversation training. It is not intended to provide technical knowledge on mental health conditions, nor does it cover treatment options for those diagnosed with a mental illness.
