Ad-hoc Data Requests & Scheduled Reporting
Who: The People Systems team are responsible for processing data requests which are requested via MyGateway.
Why: People Data can be requested to be sent on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis. This allows managers and the executive team to gain insight into staff activity, performance data, operational costs, and more.
When: Data can be requested on an ad-hoc basis, or if possible, sent on a schedule as frequently as the requestor would like.
How: To make a request for people data, please complete the MI Report Request form held on My Gateway. All data requests will be subject to an approval process before any data will be sent.
