How to Apply

Existing Employees
To enrol in one, or more of the benefit choices offered by Amey during the annual window you will need to do the following:
- Log-in to the platform between the window dates (For 2023 this is between 23rd January – 10th February 2023) *
- If this is an Anytime Benefit this can be done between the 1st and the 15th of each month
- Choose the benefits that work for you
- Sit back, relax, and wait for Amey and our providers to do the work for you. Any related log-in information or documentation will be sent to you accordingly
*If you are choosing Extra Annual Leave, please double check with your manager that this works for you and the rest of the team
New Starters
To enrol in one, or more of the benefit choices offered by Amey during the new starter enrolment window you will need to do the following:
- Log-in to the platform and select the new hire window (under choices)
- Choose the benefits that work for you*
- Sit back, relax, and wait for Amey and our providers to do the work for you. Any related log-in information or documentation will be sent to you accordingly
* Please note, Extra Annual Leave is not available to choose during the new starter enrolment window
When clicking the Apply Now link, navigate and log-in via Amey Staff Portal (ESS/MSS) link to select your choices.
When selecting your choices, please ensure you save your choices after selection. If your choices are not saved, they will not be processed.
