Annual Choices Window
The annual Choices window opens for 3 weeks between January and February, during which employees can make their annual benefit selections for the year ahead.
Each year, Amey works closely with external providers to provide convenient and cost-effective benefits available for everyone to take advantage of. Amey opens the Annual Choices window for every employee to choose a wide range of benefits. The Annual Choices window is open only once per year. Keep reading for further information on the various benefits Amey offers, and how to enrol.

Benefits
Extra Annual Leave
Extra Annual Leave has been designed to empower employees to choose if they would like to sacrifice a proportion of their pay in exchange for extra Annual Leave up to 5 days per year with manager approval (to a maximum of 30 days). This benefit is fantastic if you are looking to take some extra days for personal time, or an extra holiday throughout the year, the choice is yours!

Annual Medical (NI)
The Annual Medical benefit has been designed to provide a flexible selection of Health Assessments at a competitive price. Various options are available ranging from a 30-minute session with the life 2 choice, up to a 3-hour session with the Pro 4 and various options in-between. All assessments are face-to-face and take place at one of Nuffield’s dedicated sites.

Dental Insurance (NI)
Our dental coverage has been designed to allow employees to assist with the costs of dental treatment, whilst spreading the costs over a monthly deduction. The dental insurance policy provided by Unum provides various levels of cover that can extend to the rest of the immediate family with multiple coverage levels. Critical Illness Cover (NI)
Critical illness cover provides peace of mind in the unfortunate event that an insured individual experiences a critical illness covered in the policy such as a heart attack, stroke, or cancer. Costs are based on the age of the insured party and the insured amount.

Feeling hungry for some restaurant food, but don’t want to break the bank? Maybe a Tastecard is for you! How do I Enrol?
You have seen a benefit that has caught your eye? Fantastic!
To enrol in one, or more of the benefit choices offered by Amey during the annual window you will need to do the following:
- Log-in to the platform between the window dates (For 2022 this is between 24th January – 11th February 2022) *
- Choose the benefits that work for you
- Sit back, relax, and wait for Amey and our providers to do the work for you. Any related log-in information or documentation will be sent to you accordingly
