Eligibility
- There are no length of service requirements on any of our benefits, this means you are eligible for all our benefits from day one! (This does not include Salary Finance which requires 6 months service.)
- Unfortunately, you won’t be able to select any benefits that would end up reducing your salary below the National Minimum Wage.
- Please be aware that if you’re leaving Amey soon after the Annual Choices window has closed, your application may not be accepted.
- A few benefits offer the option to include your partner. A partner is defined as an adult who is registered at the same address as you.
Additional Information
You need to have the approval of your people manager to buy additional annual leave, so please make sure you speak to them before applying for this benefit.
With the exception of giving to charity, once you’ve chosen your benefit and signed up, you cannot cancel or change it throughout the year, unless you have a lifestyle event (such as the birth of a child, marriage, divorce etc.).

You need to make sure you complete all relevant sections of the choices process. If you don’t, you may not complete the process, and your benefit selection will not be saved.
