What is the benefit?
Additional annual leave allows employees to sacrifice a proportion of their pay in exchange for extra annual leave. Full-time employees can buy up to 5 days per year part-time employees can buy up to the equivalent of their weekly hours. By selecting this benefit employees will save on tax and National Insurance.
You will need to have the approval of your people manager to buy additional annual leave, so please make sure you speak to them before applying for this benefit.
Once the necessary checks have taken place the additional leave will be added to your holiday quota which has an effective start date of 1 March.
