Pride Network

We're here to support you as an LGBT+ colleague and to make sure that your voice is heard when it needs to be. We're also here for all allies who wish to show their support and advance LGBT+ equality.

Our mission is to ensure fairness, respect and equality of opportunity for LGBT+ people in Amey; from recruitment, through their employment lifecycle including training and development, appraisal and promotion, through to retirement.

This network is open to everyone at Amey, whether or not they identify as LGBT+. We care about our employees and are actively creating a business where all our people feel supported and encouraged to be themselves.

Our aim is to provide a network to allow our people to prosper, no matter who they are. To do this we champion inclusion by providing support, education and promotion of diversity within Amey.  We host social and educational events, work to improve company policy, and take part in Pride parades across the country.

The committee
