We aim to make Amey a digital first business, to remain competitive and deliver the best solutions for our clients as well using technology to make our lives easier. This is why we’re accelerating the pace of digital change at Amey.

Be Digital is our five-year transformation programme which will focus on developing digital systems, processes and capabilities, but most importantly it will invest in our people so that we can all confidently adopt and enjoy new ways of working and adapt to change.  

Technology is an essential enabler. It makes our lives easier and helps us do things in a quicker, smarter and safer way, both at home and at work. It helps us stay connected, capture important data and gives us systems that enable us to get the job done.

In many areas of Amey, the powerful combination of our people, data and technology is already delivering exceptional outcomes. We've got great examples of this and will be adding links to case stories to these web pages over time.

Our journey to transform Amey into a digital first business is one which we must all go on together. If you're a people manager, please make sure you're team knows about the Be Digital programme. I want every single person to know that this is a key priority for us at Amey.
